I want to take a vacation somewhere really awesome, but not too expensive. I was considering Spain, but I hear Spain in the winter is not the best idea. Any other ideas? I would be flying out of San Francisco, California (in the US).
What country would be a cheap and fun place to travel to in December (from San Francisco)?

Canada has some really beautiful locations. But that also might not be the best idea if you’re traveling in the winter.
